Overview
My ideal client is one that wants to change and is willing to put the work into the challenges they may face. Change is not easy. Sometimes it is the result of childhood trauma that continues to echo into our adulthood in the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona for over 30 years, working with all age groups in various capacities. I am certified in EMDR and DBT and use a client based approach to create a safe environment that facilitates change.
