Overview
Change has the power to disrupt even the most stable parts of our lives. Surprisingly, even positive, chosen transitions can feel overwhelming, unsettling and disorienting. Examples of things I can help you with are: midlife, aging, relationships, divorce, careers, coming out, and grieving loss of a loved one.
I have twenty years of experience working with diverse clients. My holistic approach helps clients consider both primary and overlooked developments that are upsetting. The goal is to create an exciting and satisfying life. I offer lived experiences, personally conducted research, counseling experience, and Ph.D. training.
Some level of emotional discomfort unavoidably accompanies change. However, therapy can help you understand the change process and adapt. I have helped many people successfully navigate through transitions and establish satisfying, exciting new lives.
