I counsel children starting at age 3, teens, and adults up to 65 who are going through life transitions such as moves to college, parenting issues, PTSD, or grief. All transitions are hard! I will walk beside you with my education and life experiences and your strengths, you will overcome challenges now and in the future.
My counseling is based on solution-focused steps, and familial relationships. We build on your past successes. Learning how personality and behaviors develop and challenging negative thoughts, we will build a sense of connectedness and community that is fundamental to your future well-being..
