My ideal client is highly relatable. I am looking to coach clients through energy management and burnout recovery, shifting them from a chronically drained state to a vibrant, "battery life" mindset . My ideal client is feeling "stuck" or "trapped" in their current lifestyle, career, or relationships.
I am a seasoned social work professional with over 19 years of experience in public service and behavioral health. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving the lives of marginalized populations through advocacy, case management, and clinical support. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescence.
I acknowledge that reaching out is intimidating. It may feel awkward or uncomfortable and it is a completely normal part of the process. My clients will set their own pace.
