With over two decades in nursing and a transition into psychiatric care driven by a passion for helping people heal beyond symptom management, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person approach to mental wellness.
I believe mental health treatment should go beyond simply getting through the day. Together, we create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, ketamine-assisted therapy when appropriate, mindfulness, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and practical lifestyle strategies
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and involved in your care. You do not have to keep pushing through alone. My hope is to help you build resilience, reconnect with yourself, and develop tools that allow you to feel more balanced, empowered, and fully engaged in your life.
