I work with individuals from 6-70 years old and treat a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected.
My background in critical care nursing has shaped my understanding of the deep connection between physical and mental health. I’ve seen firsthand how conditions like depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness impact individuals and families.
