Together we will work to gain insight into the roots of your challenges and develop a plan based on effective and evidence-based treatments to return you to the person you want to be.
Through a strengths-based lens, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and behavior change support. The issues I help clients with include: anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and perinatal mental health. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).
