If you are an athlete, I am looking to work with you. As a former collegiate athlete, current coach, and soccer parent, I know the unique challenges that those in the athletic space face. One of my passions is helping athletes, coaches, and parents navigate the athlete mental health space and feel confident in their mental skills.
