Overview
Many of the clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, panic, overwhelm, trauma, or dissociative states that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves or stuck in survival mode. They are seeking a deeper sense of stability, self-trust, and connection in their relationships and daily life.
My approach is somatic and nervous-system-focused, helping clients grow awareness around the patterns underlying these experiences. Rather than fighting what they are going through, we work to understand what the nervous system is communicating while building greater capacity for regulation, presence, and connection.
Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, a place where you can stop pushing and start listening.
