My ideal client is someone who knows the way they're living, loving, or showing up isn't working anymore. They're carrying trauma, stuck in patterns they can't seem to break, and struggling in their relationships...but they're ready to do something about it. They want to feel like themselves and build connections that feel safe.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained, with advanced clinical experience in domestic violence, abuse intervention, CPTSD, and neurodivergence. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples ready to break patterns, heal relationships, and reclaim their lives.
