I am a licensed associate counselor in the state of Arizona and have worked with a diverse range of clients and various age groups. I am certified in EMDR and in the process of certification for ERP for the treatment of OCD. My approach to therapy is person-centered, with a holistic and humanistic framework based in collaboration.
