Overview
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State I work with adults experiencing anger management concerns, borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Whether you are struggling with mood instability, overwhelming anxiety, psychotic symptoms, substance use, or challenges managing anger, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence.
