Overview

My ideal clients are adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, or life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. They seek support to build confidence, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and discover their strengths while creating a meaningful path forward.

I specialize in adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavior issues, family conflict, and life transitions. Using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Narrative Therapy, I help youth build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and re-author their stories with hope, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
