Overview
Working through anxiety, depression, anger, or intrusive thoughts. The last thing you want is to feel alone. I provide a space for my clients to feel acknowledged , heard and genuinely seen.
My method is welcoming, collaborative, trauma-informed care to allow each person the ability to confront their difficult experiences, emotions or life choices in a safe environment. I am able to offer a comforting, and supportive space for my clients to work through past experiences, current struggles or life changes.
