I personalize treatment to fit your needs, goals, and preferences. I utilize a variety of interventions to help find what is best for you and your family/relationship so you can have the tools for healthy relationships, improved mental health, self-exploration in a safe space, better emotional control, trauma recovery, etc.
I offer individual, relationship/couple, and family counseling at the same self-pay rate, as well as offer a sliding scale fee so finances hopefully aren't a barrier to mental health care.
