Overview

I enjoy working with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and are looking to better understand the patterns that have shaped their lives. Many are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, difficult relationships, or major life transitions.

I provide a grounded, human-centered space where clients can make sense of their experiences without judgment. Drawing from ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I support lasting change through curiosity, connection, and collaboration.
