My ideal client is an adult carrying trauma and co-occurring addiction, struggling with emotional regulation and daily triggers, often using substances to cope. They seek stability, identity, and relief while working toward a meaningful life not controlled by addiction.
I support adults with trauma and co-occurring challenges using Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) and a flexible, individualized approach. With experience across acuity levels, I specialize in ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, helping clients build stability and meaningful change.
