Overview
My ideal client would be someone who is struggling with mental health issues and who needs help with managing their symptoms and improving their overall quality of life.
My focus is on the treatment of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I enjoy working with individuals of different age groups, ranging from younger kids to the elderly population and I help them develop the resilience and coping skills.
I provide person-centered care where my clients feel like they are being heard in a non-judgmental manner. I strongly believe in individualized treatment plans and interprofessional collaboration, while at the same time providing culturally sensitive care to my clients with compassion and respect.
