Dating and relationships can be confusing and exhausting. Whether you're overthinking a text, dealing with attachment anxiety, struggling to set boundaries, or figuring out what you want from a relationship, you don't have to navigate it alone.
As a Gen Z therapist, I enjoy working with teens and young adults navigating modern dating, anxiety, attachment patterns, confidence, sex and sexuality, and the uncertainty of putting yourself out there. I also work with young and premarital couples who want to communicate better, manage conflict, feel more connected, and build healthy patterns early on.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use Attachment Theory, CBT, and a relationship-focused perspective to help you understand patterns keeping you stuck while building practical tools for change. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself without judgment. Finding the therapist matters, and I prioritize making sure we feel like a good fit from the start.
