Overview
Life is unpredictable at times, despite your best intentions. After a career in teaching and special needs parenting I obtained my second Masters in Clinical Counseling to assist clients from all walks of life in their challenges. My clients would say my best quality is non judgmental tone and acceptance of all.
My long history is working with blended families, adoption, childhood trauma, SMI, attachment, Autism, ADHD, and Individual/Family therapy.
My internship years included working at a BIPOC female ran center with LGBTQIA+ focus. I will utilize Motivational interviewing, psychoanalysis, talk therapy and CBT to focus on your goals.
I'm a firm believer that good energy and trust must exist in any relationship, especially a therapeutic one. My approach is to walk alongside your journey with guidance when needed and witnessing when needed.
