You are the expert of your own lived experience. I would like to support you in uncovering your goals and creating a plan to work towards them. What do you want and what is blocking you? I aspire to be fully present with you, attuned to your life and the changes you would like to make. I am particularly interested in helping parents be amazing caregivers and partners.
