Overview
My ideal client is a neurodivergent adult exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by expectations, or carrying trauma and relationship wounds. They want to stop fighting with their brain, understand themselves with greater compassion, build self-trust, heal, and create a sustainable life guided by their own values.
I specialize in support autistic and ADHD adults, trauma survivors, and people healing from domestic abuse. Using neurodiversity-affirming care, EMDR, ACT and neuroscience education, I help clients understand their brains, process painful experiences, and build sustainable lives rooted in their values.
