My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, stress, substance use concerns, or major life transitions. They want to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.
I provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I support clients in understanding emotional and behavioral patterns, developing effective coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and building confidence in navigating life's challenges.
