We all face mental health challenges at times. When they begin to affect daily life, it may be time to seek help. During a difficult time, someone once told me, “You’re allowed to not feel good, but you’re not allowed to not do anything about it.” That was the best advice for mental health I have ever gotten.
When life gets tough, I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported in your care. That is why I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life challenges.
