You might be the person everyone counts on, yet privately feel anxious, ashamed, disconnected, or stuck. Maybe trauma, military experiences, or painful relationships still affect you. You want more than advice or coping skills. You want to understand yourself, feel closer to others, and stop just getting through the day.
I spent 14 years in the Army and 15 years running businesses before becoming a therapist. I use EMDR, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, and attachment-based work to help adults and couples process trauma, understand old patterns, and create meaningful change. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration.
You don't have to know what's wrong or have the right words to start. Bring the questions, the difficult feelings, or the things you've never said out loud. We'll figure out where to begin together. I offer in-person sessions in Bend, online therapy across Oregon, and a free 15-minute consultation.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
