With over 25 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer compassionate, results-oriented therapy tailored to you and your specific needs for therapy. Specializing in life transitions, chronic illness, anxiety, depression using DBT as a foundation to learn heathy skills for life challenges,. My training spans from Florida to Washington where I earned my Master's in Social Work degree. I am licensed in WA and Oregon (LICSW and LCSW) and also certified in Case Management in Health Care.
My passion for helping people is rooted in my family values to be of service to others. I enjoy the emotional connection with people, love to listen and offer solutions as appropriate incorporating a positive strength based outlook.
