My ideal client is a person going through a transition- from marriage to singlehood, from employee to entrepreneur, or even between religious beliefs, as I have experience with religious/spiriual trauma. I am trained in the psychodynamic approach, an in-depth form of talk therapy. I also know and use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and elements of drama therapy. My favorite therapy modes are narrative therapy and positive psychology.

Therapy is an adventure, in that there is no predicting what will come up in our sessions and where it will take you. I make no guarantees. Therapy sessions don't always make you feel better. Sometimes they can wreck your day. But if you're ready for change, take my hand. Let's begin.
