I am an integrative, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in treating the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I utilize all healing modalities including nutritional supplements (nutraceuticals), mind-body medicine, herbal and plant-based medicines with Western approaches such as prescription medication and solution-focused/CBT therapy. I specialize in anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, depression and bipolar spectrum disorders.
