Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) working and living in Seattle, WA. I am here to help you navigate life’s emotional challenges. I meet you where you are at with curiosity and unconditional positive regard. I use the principles of mindfulness-based behavioral therapy to help you make meaningful changes that are in line with your values.
I help you observe how life stressors affect your mood, functioning, and thinking. With a background in family counseling and child development, I help you understand how your past relationships may still be affecting your thinking and feeling. My work with LQBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals also takes into account how relational experiences may contribute to present-day mental health experiences.
