Welcome. I'm a Board Certified and Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with advanced training in medication management. I provide trauma informed, person-centered care utilizing medications, cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness and coping skills training to individuals seeking relief from mental health symptoms that have impacted their happiness, connection with others, work productivity and quality of life.

My area of expertise includes a mind and body approach to ADHD, depression and anxiety. I provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment utilizing a combination of pharmacotherapy, mindfulness, mindful based cognitive therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy.
