Welcome to a space where all parts of you are welcome. My therapy practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens when we learn to understand ourselves more deeply rather than judge ourselves. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I help clients explore the different “parts” of themselves — the anxious parts, protective parts, overwhelmed parts, and wounded parts — with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and personal growth. Together, we create a safe and collaborative environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward lasting healing and balance. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to their authentic Self.
