Overview

I provide therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in helping clients build practical skills, improve emotional awareness, and make meaningful changes that support their overall well-being.

While I work broadly as a generalist, I also have specialized training in the treatment of sleep disorders and chronic pain. I help clients understand how sleep, physical discomfort, and mental health interact, and use evidence-based strategies to address these overlapping concerns.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
