Are you feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges? You don’t have to face it alone. As an LMFTA with six years of experience, I offer a compassionate space where healing and understanding can grow. I work with clients ages 18 to 90 and have supported foster care children, individuals facing substance use, court-related challenges, and immigration stress. I bring empathy and lived understanding of trauma, walking beside you as you rebuild hope and connection.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, TF-CBT, Person Centered Therapy, EFT, the Gottman Method, ACT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients address relationship challenges, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
