Overview
Through my 15 years of social work practice I have honed my skills to support those facing grief, depression, anxiety and transitional life issues. I work in collaboration with clients to set goals and focus on strengths. Utilizing a multi-faceted process, I consider emotional, physical, mental and spiritual factors when strategizing solutions.
I believe therapy is self-care. Recognizing stress/discomfort and seeking curative measures is an empowering decision. Aligning with a new perspective and being open to fresh solutions is a brave step in affecting significant change in your life.
I have a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and prior to that received a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. I have completed many specialized trainings and attained certifications in various treatment modalities.
