I am a clinical social worker with a commitment to respecting the dignity and worth of each person. I have learned to tailor my clinical approach to meet the needs of individual clients. I provide trauma-informed care to help clients identify how their past affects them, gain the skills and knowledge necessary to move beyond your past, maintain healthy relationships, and free yourself from negative thinking and strong negative emotions.

I best serve clients with PTSD and trauma, attachment issues, OCD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and ASD. I also serve LGBTQAI2S+ clients, and have a passion for helping clients access gender affirming care. I utilize cognitive behavioral based interventions along with somatic experiencing and EMDR to support your healing.
