Hi! I'm Ally and I have been a therapist for 7 years now. I live in Bend and have practiced all over Central Oregon. I approach my work with clients as a collaborative journey we embark on together so you can heal. I have worked with a wide range of individuals but love working with young adults who have experienced trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, transgender care, those that are apart of the LGBTQIA2s+ community, and big life transitions.
I take the approach that my client is the expert of themselves and I am here to walk alongside you as we discover what your healing journey looks like. I use a range of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, shadow work, and ACT.
I take pride in creating a safe, empathetic, and authentic space for my clients so we can create a strong therapeutic bond so you feel empowered and heard.
