Overview

I'm a Colorado Native who grew up in a small town nestled in the mountains. You will find me hiking with my dog, camping, getting into 'who knows what' when I'm outside, tending to my chickens, building puzzles, and playing board games. You will also find me investing into my relationships as these are the cornerstone of what builds and shapes us.

One of my core beliefs is that everyone has an immense amount of potential within themselves. This will allow them to overcome mental health or substance use struggles that prevent them from living an abundant life. I welcome you to come join me in a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what is holding you back from living the life you long to live. In our space, we can navigate your healing journey and rediscover hope.

I lean on a person-centered approach while using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solutions focused therapy while using a multicultural approach to support you as a whole person.
