Overview
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I have a master’s degree in social work from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have worked in social services since 2008. I began my career as an advocate for migrant children and families in the state of Washington. After receiving my associate degree in Addictions Counseling, I worked as a counselor at an inpatient/outpatient substance abuse facility, serving both adults and juveniles struggling with addiction. In 2012, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Union Institute and University. That degree moved me into the field of victim of crimes advocacy. I was a coordinator for a victims of domestic violence shelter and provided therapeutic advocacy-based services to sexual assault victims of all ages. Since completing my master’s program in 2016, I have worked as a social worker and therapist for foster/adoption agencies, homeless outreach agencies, including veteran housing placements, child welfare and
