Overview
I primarily work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and distress in relationships (whether that is partners, family, or friends). My clients are mostly young adults or older, although I am happy to work with younger children in the context of family therapy. Additionally, specialize in working with those in the LGBTQ+, Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), sex worker, and Kink communities.
I use a systemic, Solution-Focused approach, allowing you and your goals to guide our sessions. Additionally, I will assist you in identifying strengths and resources that you already have in your life that can be used to move you closer to those goals. I am also trained in EMDR, and can work with you on reprocessing distressing experiences in your life.
