I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife and hold a doctoral degree from the University of Washington. I have additional training in integrative and functional medicine approaches to treatment addressing root causes that could also be impacting your mental health.
I specialize in, but am not limited to working with women across the lifespan with a particular focus on women during their childbearing years. I am committed to providing you with individualized, patient centered, quality care offering my presence and compassion throughout our time together.
Outside of my work life I enjoy being in nature and anything that is life giving to my loved ones and to this beautiful planet.
