Maybe you are struggling with relationships, family issues, anxiety, or personal health among other experiences. Maybe you have fears or regrets of missed opportunities holding you back from your passions and joys? A safe space to explore your unique experiences & feelings may be the opportunity you’ve been seeking.
I use an eclectic approach to tailor therapy sessions & often will utilize multiple therapy modalities, but always will let you guide the way. Connection, after all, is the core of therapy. As we navigate together on your therapy journey, we can even explore how to bring into sessions added mediums like art, nature & mindfulness.
I am a master’s-level Clinical Social Work Associate with the Oregon Board of Social Workers. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012 at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. & with Jan Curnow, Private Practice.
