Overview
I work with people who feel like they're in a life chapter they didn't exactly plan for. That might look like mid-life, quarter-life, or even a “How-in-the-hell-is-this-my-life?” situation where your old ways of coping don't seem to work anymore.
My background as a writer shapes the way I work. I draw on narrative therapy, cognitive approaches, neuroscience, and mindfulness to help you understand the story you've been living, recognize the thoughts/beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and explore what might need to change.
My style is conversational, collaborative, and grounded in both emotional depth and practical tools. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor to the work, because therapy doesn't always have to be so serious.
You don't have to have everything figured out. That's kind of the point of therapy.
