Overview

I work with individuals and couples who are neurodivergent, and/or have complex trauma. I believe compassion and loving-presence are essential to understanding the parts of ourselves that feel tender and/or condemned. It isn’t uncommon for these parts to appear to be stuck in patterns that seem to further disconnect us from ourselves and others. My goal is to bring awareness and understanding to these parts, so that you can experience the freedom needed to make changes that will bring you closer to yourself and those around you. My style of therapy is direct, relational, humorous, and client-centered.
