Overview
My ideal client is a teen or older and is curious about their own lives and how their minds work. They need space to ask questions and to deconstruct and reconstruct their understanding of relationships, structures in their lives, or their family of origin. Folks who are looking to heal spiritual trauma are in the right place.
I have expertise in healing spiritual trauma, narrative therapy and empowering clients to claim their story. Relationships, attachment, self-image, anxiety, depression, and self-discovery are foci of mine. Much of my experience is with teens and young adults, especially those exploring self and identity, whether sexual or otherwise.
If you are curious about the way you think and how you relate to the world, I want to provide space for you to explore that, whatever that means. Every person is unique and has an important story.
