Life can become overwhelming challenges arise that may impact your mental health wellbeing. You may find yourself stuck when life gets overwhelming. My goal is to help you find solutions, coping skills, to manage or resolve these issues.
I have master's degree in education which I received from Lindsey Wilson College in 2023. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate currently practicing out of Tacoma, WA.
