Overview
client is struggling with substance use disorder and want to refrain from using illicit substances such as Heroin, Cocaine, and alcohol. Client wants help because he is unable to sustain working full-time, family relationships and stable housing.
I am able to work with the client on identifying behavioral changes, triggers, medication assistant treatment MAT programs. Provide motivational interviewing, CBT, and psycho-education.
