Overview

As a psychotherapist, I see myself not as an expert with answers, but as a coach and correspondent — someone who walks beside my clients, helping them discover pathways that are already within them. My clients are always the experts of their own lives. My role is to connect, listen deeply, and offer supportive menu options.

My primary modality is Brainspotting, a powerful neurobiological approach to processing trauma, expanding performance, and regulating the nervous system. I’ve found Brainspotting to be highly effective in helping clients move out of survival states like stuck-on or stuck-off and into more conscious, grounded responses to life.

In addition to Brainspotting, I integrate modalities like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and somatic trauma therapies. I also draw from Ho‘oponopono, Past Reality Integration, and the consciousness-based work of David R. Hawkins — particularly the practice of letting go.
