My ideal client is someone who feels ready to make meaningful change but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. They may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficulty managing emotions. They want to feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their life.

I help clients navigate life’s challenges by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My specialties include but are not limited to -anxiety, stress management, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, relationship and commitment issues
