Overview

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood neglect or sexual abuse, and those navigating anxiety, emotional distress, or challenges in their relationships. This includes difficulties within family systems, parenting dynamics, or other close interpersonal connections.

I’m a National Board Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trained in EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. With 10+ years of experience, I’ve worked closely with advocacy centers supporting trauma disclosures.
