My ideal client is someone who is doing their best to hold it all together, but internally feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. They may be facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, life transitions, or struggling with self-worth and identity.

With a Master’s level background in social work and years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based practices.
